About VossMoos.
VossMoos is an engineering company based in Germany, established in April 2024. We engineer and operate AI agents for customer service, product marketing, sales development and robotic compliance, for companies in Europe and North America.
Who we are
Engineers who stay responsible for what they build.
Our team combines process expertise with software, systems and operations engineering. One team takes each project from the first analysis to the running system, and keeps running it afterwards.
We run our own company's processes the same way. The tasks that come up in every project we have solved once and published as open source: Mossy, EtchMem and Pact. When you talk to us, you talk to the engineers who build and operate your solution.

Data protection and confidentiality
Your data, protected wherever you operate.
Clients in Europe, the US and Canada trust us with their processes, systems and data. These are the standards we work to with every one of them.
- Privacy law: we handle personal data under the law that applies to you, including the GDPR in Europe, PIPEDA in Canada and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, and sign a data processing agreement where one is needed.
- Confidentiality: we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential information.
- Hosting you decide: hosted by us, in your own cloud or on your own infrastructure, in the region your data has to stay in, and operated by your team, by us, or together.
- Your data stays yours: it is used only for your work, never to train models for others.
- AI regulation: human oversight, logging and transparency, designed to the EU AI Act, today's strictest standard.
- Accountable company: VossMoos is registered in Germany and works under EU law.
